So you want to stream huh? First thing first, download VHScreenCap; then from there download Flash Media Live Encoder. After that, create your J.tv account. Go to "Start Streaming" and your stream key should be in there. Write down your stream key and make sure to not show ANYONE, as they can hack your stream this way. After this, it's time to set your computer up to stream. Open VHScreenCap and create a new profile. When you create a new profile, you must define the window capture settings, as in the part of your screen you want to capture. If you click select you can just drag a box to cover the area you want to record. From there move to settings and don't worry about setting the frame rate, as this will be set in Flash Media Live Encoder, actually the only thing you need to make sure is clicked on is "Show Mouse." Leave everything else unchecked. Close VHScreenCap.

Open Flash Media Live Encoder (FMLE). Check the video box and set the Device to "VhScrCap." The format should be H.264 if you're streaming anything even close to high quality. Also set the frame rate and the input size from the profile you created on VHScreenCap. You then want to set the bit rate depending on your intended audience/connection and the quality of your stream. Also choose your output size based on your connection and intended quality. Then move on to setting the audio driver. Use whatever audio driver that you currently use to playback your sound. After this, you'll see on the right panel "Stream to Flash Media Server." If you're streaming to Justin.tv you'll want to put "rtmp://live.justin.tv/app" in the FMS URL. You will also see a line labeled "Stream." This is where your stream key goes. From here just click start and go to your channel on Justin.tv and start streaming. Justin.tv pretty much guides you through that.

Make sure to start your stream off-screen or to quickly minimize FMLE as to prevent your viewers from seeing your stream key.

If anyone has anything to add to this, feel free. This how I do it when I stream Heroes of Newerth.

awesome, just let me know the details like what you want your stream to be named / the colors/ design you'd like me to make. If you need inspiration here is my newest design I've done with my stream: http://www.justin.tv/mystical_gaming

I will have 3 days off this weekend so yeah, I'll be able to design some stuff over the time off lol
